Restore / Renew
This class will be a sanctuary for slowing down and deeply nourishing your body and mind. Take a pause from the busy. We will blend a gentle flow and postures with restorative actions to facilitate deep relaxation. Breathwork (pranayama) and meditation leave class "Restore and Renew" class feeling profoundly relaxed, both physically and mentally. It's like hitting the reset button for your entire being. It's the perfect antidote to stress and a wonderful way to cultivate a deeper connection to your inner self.
Align Power Yoga Flow
Join Ronnie Zizza for an energizing 60-minute Vinyasa flow. This dynamic, athletic style links conscious breath with fluid movement, making it both challenging and accessible for all levels. Each session begins with a quiet centering and warm-ups, progressing through sun salutations and a targeted sequence to build strength, focus, and physical balance. You will engage in dedicated core work, balancing postures, and deep stretches connected by smooth transitions. Throughout the practice, you are encouraged to honor your body, move at your own pace, and take breaks as needed. Class concludes with a cooling sequence and final relaxation to calm the nervous system and integrate the mental and physical benefits of your practice.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow
This gentle, all-levels vinyasa flow focuses on grounding and mindful movement. Moving at a steady, unhurried pace allows you to anchor your attention in the present moment, sync your breath to your movement, and release physical tension.
